Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the applications published by Tokki Games collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to all of our mobile applications, unless a specific app states otherwise in its store listing.

Tokki Games is the developer named in the Google Play listing of these applications and is the party responsible for this policy.

Summary

• We do not collect any information that identifies you personally.
• There are no accounts, so there is nothing to log in to and nothing to delete on our side.
• Your game progress stays on your device.
• Advertising and analytics are handled by Google, which receives technical and advertising identifiers as described below.

What we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, calendar, microphone or camera input, precise location, or any other information that identifies you personally.

Your progress and settings — completed levels, chosen language and the like — are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to us. We operate no servers that receive data from the app.

What is collected, and by whom

Advertising — Google AdMob

Our apps display advertising through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob processes your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) together with technical information such as device model, operating system version, coarse region derived from your IP address, and your interaction with the ads shown.

Analytics — Google Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how our games are played: where players get stuck, how long a session lasts, how often a level is finished. The data is aggregated and used to improve the games. It includes a randomly generated app instance identifier and the technical information listed above. It is not used to identify individual players.

Who receives this data

Google LLC and its affiliates — as an independent controller for advertising, and as our processor for analytics. We do not sell data and we do not share it with any other third party. Google's handling of it is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and, for advertising, by Google's advertising policies.

How the data is protected

All communication between the app and Google's services is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. We keep no database of our own and run no servers that store user data, so there is no store of personal information on our side that could be breached. Access to the Google Play, AdMob and Firebase consoles is limited to the developer and protected by two-factor authentication.

Retention and deletion

• On your device. Progress is kept until you remove it. Uninstalling the app deletes it completely and immediately.
• On our side. Nothing is stored, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete.
• At Google. Advertising and analytics data are retained under Google's own schedules. Firebase Analytics is configured with the shortest retention period the service offers.

Because our apps do not offer account creation, there is no account to delete and no server-side data associated with you. Uninstalling the app removes everything connected to it.

Your choices

• Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can reset the identifier, or delete it entirely, which stops personalised advertising.
• Opt out of personalised ads. The same settings screen lets you switch off ad personalisation. You will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
• Delete everything. Uninstall the app. All locally stored progress goes with it.
• Ask us. Send a request to the address below and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

Our games are not directed to children under 13 and do not participate in the Designed for Families programme. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will act on it.

International users

The data described above is processed by Google on infrastructure located in several countries, including outside your own. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal basis for advertising and analytics is your consent, which the app requests before the advertising identifier is used and which you can withdraw at any time through the device settings described above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's store listing. This page is the only authoritative version of the policy.
